Ensure that you select the correct size pot to cook in.

Your food contents should take up to 70% of the capacity of the pot.
Select a plate on your stove which corresponds with the size pot which you are using, thus not wasting any heat or energy.

The best waterless cooking results are achieved when cooking takes place using the lowest temperature setting.

Cooking on the lowest heat setting will not allow steam to escape from the pot and will result In your food being cooked in It's own Juices.

A medium heat setting should only be used to heat up the pot initially,after which the setting should be returned to the lowest setting for actual cooking time.

Do not remove the lid during cooking time as this will result in the loss of steam and valuable nutritious.
It the lid is removed be sure to add o teaspoon of water to replace the lost moisture.

Most foods contain sufficient moisture to enable you to cook without adding much water, oils or fats.
Dehydrated foods, such as rice,beans and pastas require you to add water.

Waterless cooking does not require special recipes.
